Looking back on all that I sewed up this summer just made me smile. I made everything that I had hoped and as each project was completed I came away with a new skill. It's a little difficult to pick favorites,
but these three I feel the most proud to wear.
From left to right:
Black & White Linen Dress (Simplicity 2147) - This pattern was an oldie but a goodie, especially when paired with the perfect fabric. Even though this dress is very simple in construction, I feel like I knocked out of the ball park with this pretty linen fabric.
Geo Black Tank (Simplicity 1589) - This was my second time making this top and I wore it all summer long - for casual outings, meeting up with my girl friends, running to the grocery store. Can't go wrong with a flowy, easy-breezy summer top!
Geometric Romper (Simplicity 8333) - Who can say no to an all-in-one outfit like a romper? Great for summer weather and this pattern was easy to make. I had the fabric first so I'm glad this knit pattern came out just in time to wear all summer long.
